(WARWICK TOWNSHIP, ON) On September 09, 2014 shortly after 8:00 p.m. a Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer began a traffic investigation on Huron Street.
During the investigation the OPP officer spoke with the driver of a Dodge vehicle and the OPP officer determined that the male driver had been consuming alcoholic beverages however the driver refused to supply a sample of his breath. As a result of the refusal, the driver was arrested and charged.
The driver, Stephen JORIS, 43 years of age from Warwick Township, ON has a Sarnia court date of September 29, 2014 to answer to the charge of Fail or Refuse to Provide Sample.
