(LAMBTON SHORES, ON) On September 09, 2014 just before 9:00 p.m. on Thompson Line, a Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer began a traffic investigation involving a GMC vehicle.
During the course of the investigation, it was determined that the male driver of the vehicle had been consuming alcoholic beverages. The Lambton OPP officer arrested the driver however the driver attempted to flee on foot. The male, Jeffrey HARBURN, 41 years of age from Bosanquet Township, ON was apprehended and held for a bail appearance in Sarnia court on September 10, 2014 to face the following charges
