(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – A County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was on patrol on King Edward Street in the Town of Paris.
At approximately 9:59 a.m. September 14th, 2014, an officer stopped a male driving 2002 Hyundai for a traffic violation. While the officer was taking to the driver he could smell the strong odour of alcohol. The officer gave the driver the Roadside Screening Test and as a result he was taken to the Brantford City Police Services for Intoxilyzer Tests.
David RAMSDEN 27 years of age from the City of Toronto is facing the following criminal charge
Drive Over 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on September 26th, 2014 to answer to the charge.
