Barrie Police officers attended an address on Bayfield St in regards to a noise complaint. The officer arrived on scene and was approached by an intoxicated male who was at the residence where the noise was coming from. The officers identified the male as being on a recognizance to always be in his residence. The 24 yr old Barrie man was placed under arrest for breaching his recognizance. Transported to the station and held for a bail hearing.
