(ARNPRIOR, ON) – On January, 19, 2014, the Renfrew detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police launched an investigation into a fire at Mo’s Pita Palace, Madawaska St. Arnprior.
As a result, the owner of the business, Mustapha FAKIH, 52, of Arnprior is charged with:
Arson – Disregard for Human Life
Arson – Damage to Own Property
He has been released and scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Renfrew on October 1, 2014.
