(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to a single motor vehicle roll over collision at approximately 12:10 a.m. on Friday September 19, 2014. The collision occurred on John Pound Road near Highway 3 in Tillsonburg.
The lone male driver was un-injured in the collision. Through further police investigation the driver was arrested at the scene for impaired driving. The male was transported to the Oxford County OPP detachment.
Charged is Neal REDDECOPP, 21 years old of Bayham, with the following:
Driving While Ability Impaired
Driving With More Than 80 mgs Of Alcohol In Blood
REDDECOPP was released on a Promise to Appear and an Officer in Charge Undertaking with a future court date. His vehicle was impounded for 7 days and his licence suspended for 90 days.
