(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 17, 2014 at approximately 7:09 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were patrolling Highway 6 near Wellington Road 38, Guelph-Eramosa Township. A 2005 Nissan was observed travelling well above the speed limit and was pulled over.
During the investigation, police detected marihuana within the vehicle. Approximately 64 grams of suspected marijuana was seized.
Daniel WEBER age 27 of Guelph-Eramosa Township has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Over 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on October 24, 2014 to answer to the charge.
