(South Dundas) – On September 23, 2014 at approximately 11:48pm, an SD&G OPP officer intercepted a vehicle on Plaza Drive in the Village of Iroquois, South Dundas Township. A check of the male driver revealed he was under the influence of alcohol.
James DICKIE (20) of South Dundas was arrested and is charged with;
– Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle while Impaired
– Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle with More than 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on October 2, 2014.
