(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment investigated an act of mischief at a Nixon Road, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at approximately 3:30 p.m., unknowns attended the address and proceeded to dump several bags of garbage on the property. A male and female were observed by the land owner who then confronted both suspects. The garbage was subsequently removed by both individuals and placed back in their vehicle.
The OPP want to remind all residents that if they see anything suspicious to please contact the police. If anyone is found committing acts of mischief, appropriate charges will be laid.
