On September 28, 2014 at approximately 4:15 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at a residence on Drummerhill Cres in the City of Waterloo. A 44 year old male and 54 year old female had been assaulted and both sustained non-life threating injuries. A 36 year old male has been arrested and charged with attempted murder, utter threats, assault, mischief, possession of a weapon and four counts of breach probation. The victims and accused are known to each other. The accused was held in custody and will appear in Kitchener court on September 29, 2014.
