(PERTH COUNTY, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit, Technological Crime Unit and the Perth County Detachment have arrested and charged a Perth County, Ontario man following an on-line undercover child pornography investigation.
On September 25th, 2014 police executed a search warrant at a Perth County residence. As a result of this investigation, a computer was seized which contained images of child sexual abuse.
On September 25th, 2014, police arrested Carl Andre GUERIN, 53 years-old of Perth County, Ontario. He is charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography, one count of Make Available Child Pornography, one count of Accessing Child Pornography and one count of Obstructing a Peace Officer. The accused was held in custody awaiting a bail hearing on October 10th, 2014 in the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford, Ontario.
