Around 2:00 am Barrie Police were called to the area of Toronto and Dunlop in Barrie after citizens observed a male throwing garbage and recycling bins all over several streets. Police followed his lengthy path of destruction and ultimately took this male into custody for being Intoxicated in a Public Place. The 25 year old Barrie man was taken to the Barrie Police Service custody facility and lodged. The male party faces a criminal charge of Mischief and was given a provincial offences notice for public intoxication.
