On Monday September 29, 2014 at approximately 8:44pm a Cambridge resident was operating a 2012 BMW Motorcycle travelling westbound on Dundas Street South towards Cambridge, a 2014 Nissan operated by a Cambridge resident travelling eastbound crossed the path of the motorcycle while turning into a private driveway. The motorcycle rider was taken to Cambridge Memorial Hospital before being transported to Hamilton General Hospital with major injuries. The lone occupant of the car was not injured. Police are still investigating but believe that speed was a factor in the collision.
