The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for failing to comply with his release conditions.
In January 2014, the man was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was not to attend Sobeys on Park Avenue West in Chatham.
Last night around 7:00 p.m. the man entered the grocery store and police were contacted. The 60-year-old Chatham man was arrested and charged with failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
