(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continues to investigate a single motor vehicle roll over collision that occurred on Long Beach Road.
At 2:44 a.m. officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the OPP were contacted in regards to a vehicle in the ditch on Long Beach Road between Anderson Drive and Ranchers Road. The OPP’s Technical Collision Investigation unit (TCI) attended to assist with the investigation. The road was closed for several hours but is now re-opened.
Jacob HILL, 24 years of age, of Hillsdale, died as a result of the collision.
