(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Street Crime Unit along with members of the Norfolk County Detachment and Emergency Response Team (ERT) have charged a 62 year old male with drug and weapon offences after executing a search warrant at a New Lakeshore Road, Woodhouse, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, October 2, 2014 at approximately 7:48 p.m., police attended the New Lakeshore Road address and executed a search warrant. As a result of the warrant a male was subsequently arrested for drug and weapon related offences.
Charged with the following offences is 62 year old Wayne Allan MORGAN of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine
Possession for the purpose of trafficking Marihuana
Production of Marihuana
Knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearm
Careless storage of a firearm
Breach of firearms regulations
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
