TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO ARREST

(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On October 5, 2014, just before 3:00 a.m., a Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a Dodge Neon at Highway 40 and Fairview Line.

While the officer was speaking with the driver, 63 year old Ronald DANIELS, from Howard, ON, it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages.

Subsequent tests indicated that the driver was over the legal limit and he will appear in a Chatham court on October 29, 2014, to answer to the charges of Driving With More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol In Blood, Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving While Disqualified.
