(BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On October 2, 2014, at approximately 4:15 p.m., Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a collision involving a vehicle and a school bus on Township Road 4 between Blandford Road and Oxford Road 22 in Blandford-Blenheim Township.
As a result of the investigation OPP has charged the 81 year old George BURGHARDT of Blandford Blenheim Township with the following:
Fail to yield from private road ~ Highway Traffic Act
Driving while under suspension ~ Highway Traffic Act
Operate a motor vehicle without insurance ~ Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act
