On October 10, 2014 at 12:56 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Wellington Street West. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Stephen Jones, 28 years of Wellesley has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on October 21, 2014.
