(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 39 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Highway 3, Courtland, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, October 13, 2014, at approximately 7:39 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen regarding a vehicle travelling westbound on Highway 3. An officer patrolling the area located the vehicle which was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 39 year old David Lawrence GREENAWAY of Tilbury, Ontario with driving over the legal limit and fail to comply with conditions of undertaking.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
