(HURON EAST, ON) – A 36 year old driver is facing a three day driver’s licence suspension following a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) stop on October 10, 2014. At approximately 10:30 p.m. a Chevrolet Camaro entered a R.I.D.E checkpoint at the intersection of Huron Road and Front Road.
Officers noticed the driver had an open container of beer inside the vehicle compartment. A roadside test was completed and the driver registered a warn range reading.
The 36 year old male driver from Huron East was ticketed with Drive Motor Vehicle with Open Container of Liquor and was served a three day driver’s licence suspension.
