(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at approximately 11:46 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a damage report to a retaining wall at the Eugenia Falls Conservation Area located at the end of Pellisier Street, Eugenia, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
Investigation revealed that sometime between October 5th and October 12th, someone had destroyed a 4 foot section of the concrete and block retaining wall which had been erected to ensure the safety of those using the trail.
