On October 19, 2014, between the hours of 3:00am and 6:00am, the area of Laurelwood, in the city of Waterloo was vandalized. Members of the community reported approximately 25 occurrences of graffiti on vehicles, garage doors, and driveways. The suspects used black spray paint to draw genitalia and vandalizing symbols. Much of the spray paint was cleaned up by property owners; however there was permanent damage to some properties, to which the dollar amount has yet to be determined. There are no suspects at this time. The investigation will be continued by General Division Detectives.
