(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) – On October 19, 2014, the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of sexual conduct on separate occasions where an adult male was involved with a minor female.
As a result of the investigation, three adult males have been arrested and charged.
Steven MOEN, age 20, of Southwest Middlesex, Ontario, is charged with three counts of sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age, three counts of sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age, and three counts of invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
David ROWLES, age 19, of Southwest Middlesex, Ontario, is charged with two counts of sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age, two counts of sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age, and two counts of invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
Jediah ALLINSON, age 21, of Southwest Middlesex, Ontario, is charged with sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age, sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age, and invitation to sexual touching under 16 years, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The Middlesex County OPP Crime Unit continues to investigate, and the identity of the female victim will not be released.
All three males have been scheduled to appear before the London court to answer to the charges.
