Barrie Police officers were monitoring a licenced premise on Dunlop St. E when they observed a disturbance. The officers attended the area and were advised that a male sustained a severe cut to his eye from being attacked by another male. The officers located the accused and placed him under arrest for ABH. There was a struggle with the accused who refused to enter the police cruiser. After administering a pain compliance from the taser the accused complied and entered the back of the cruiser. The male was transported to the station and held for a bail hearing. The 30 yr old Barrie man was currently out on related charges and was also breaching his probation .
