(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police, a West Region Highway Safety Division Brant officer was conducting radar patrol on the 403 Highway near Bishopsgate Road, on October 124th, 2014. At approximately 9:47 p.m. the officer observed a green Chrysler travelling at a high rate of speed. The officer clocked the vehicle going over 160 km/h in a posted 100 km/h zone.
The driver of the vehicle Kyle ESSEX 18 years of age from the City of London was charged under the legislation for Stunt Driving and his vehicle was seized for 7 days and he received a 7-day license suspension.
