(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County have charged a 32 year old male with Drinking and Driving offences after investigating a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Tuscarora Road and Second Line, New Credit First Nation.
On Friday October 24th, 2014 at approximately 2:30 am Police were called to the intersection after a white 2001 Ford SUV had entered the ditch.
While investigating the collision an officer spoke with the vehicle occupant and while speaking with him detect signs of impairment by alcohol which resulted in his arrest.
Charged with Impaired Operation of a motor vehicle, Operate a motor vehicle with over the legal limit of alcohol and Driving while under suspension if 32 year old Cody LAFORME of Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
