(AMHERSTVIEW, ON)- Officers with the Loyalist detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police are continuing their investigation into the theft of $12,000 in cash from a vehicle.
An unlocked pick-up truck, parked at a residence on Bath Road in Amherstview, was entered sometime overnight on Saturday, October 25. Culprit(s) removed an iPad mini, $12,000 in Canadian currency, and a brown Roots wallet containing $250 cash and identification.
Another vehicle was entered nearby and an iPhone was stolen from that unlocked vehicle.
