(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On October 30, 2014 at approximately 4:20 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers observed a male in a motor vehicle and he was breaching conditions of his court order. Police stopped the vehicle and arrested the man. During the search, suspected marijuana and suspected methamphetamine was located. He was transported to a local OPP Operations Centre.
Kevin HARPER age 22 of Palmerston has been charged with;
Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams- Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (C.D.S.A.)
Possession of Methamphetamine- C.D.S.A.
Failure to Comply with Recognizance-X 3- Criminal Code
He appeared in Guelph Bail Court on October 31, 2014 to answer to the charges.
