(ESSEX, ON) – Two Essex residents are facing charges under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act following a search at their residence on October 30th.
At approximately 3:00 pm, members of the Community Drug Action Team (C.D.A.T), Essex Detachment Street Crimes Unit and the Emergency Response Team searched a residence on Irwin Street in Essex and seized marihuana and cannabis resin (hash oil) with a street value of approximately $5,000.
Roger BABUIK 50 years of age and Lynda BABUIK 52 years of age are both charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. They will be appearing in court in Windsor on December 5th.
