(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred at a West River Street apartment in the Town of Paris.
Officers were called to the property at approximately 7:08 p.m. on November 2, 2014 and found two men suffering from stab wounds. One man was taken to a local hospital, while a second man was taken to a Hamilton Health Sciences Hospital with serious injuries.
The County of Brant OPP Crime Unit under the direction of Detective Staff Sergeant Pete Liptrott continue to investigate the circumstances. Police are satisfied that this incident poses no apparent threat to public safety at this time. One male party taken to hospital is in police custody.
