Yesterday afternoon, an officer on general patrol observed a vehicle travelling on Talbot Street East. The officer initiated a traffic stop and through investigation the driver was given a road side breath test. As a result, the 26-year-old man was issued a three day licence suspension and given a ticket for consuming liquor in other than a licensed premises, residence or private place.
