On Sunday November 2, 2014 at approximately 3:14 p.m. a motor vehicle collision occurred on Arthur St S just south of Sawmill Rd in Woolwich. The collision involved 4 motor vehicles. Two vehicles sustained major damage while the other two had minor damage. A 91 year old male and 91 year old female from the first vehicle struck were taken to St Marys hospital by ambulance with minor injuries and later released. A 28 year old Fergus male was charged with Careless Driving as well as three other Highway Traffic Act offences. Arthur St S between Sawmill Rd and Regional Rd 15 was closed for approximately 2 hours to complete the onscene investigation.
