(LAKE OF BAYS, ON) Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a break in to a seasonal residence on Price Point Rd in Lake of Bays Twp.
Sometime over the previous 3 weeks leading up to October 30, 2014 unknown culprits broke into a garage that is on the Price Pt Rd property. The suspects managed to remove a substantial amount of tools. Initial investigation found that a Husky tool chest, a Skilsaw, a belt sander, a Honda Hydrostatic mower, Husqvarna trimmer, a small air compressor, plumbing repair equipment, and a 16†Stihl chainsaw had been taken from the garage a value of being over $3000.00.
Huntsville OPP would like to remind seasonal residential owners to take some time to secure their property if leaving the articles behind. Take time to mark down serial numbers and have a list of what is being left behind and stored.
