Stanley PAUL – Drunk Driving

(KENORA, ON) On Monday November 3, 2014 just before 4:00 p.m., Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint regarding a possible impaired driver in the City of Kenora.

The police located the suspect vehicle in the downtown area and determined the driver had been consuming alcohol. The male was arrested and transported for further tests.

As a result of the investigation, 50 year old Stanley PAUL of Fort Frances has been charged with Impaired Driving contrary to Section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC), and Driving with More than 80 mg of Alcohol in Blood contrary to Section 253(1)(b)CC.

He is to appear in Kenora Court on December 4, 2014 to answer to the charges.
