(Hwy# 62 Belleville, ON) – On November 1, 2014 at 8:15 p.m. Central Hastings O.P.P stopped a vehicle for travelling 28 kilometres over the posted 60km/hr speed limit on Highway# 62 near Farnham Road in the City of Belleville. During the stop open alcohol was observed in the vehicle. As a result the 21 year old male driver of Belleville, ON was charged with Speeding and Drive Motor Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available.
