(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On October 14, 2014 Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police was made aware of a theft that had taken place sometime over night on Main St W. in the town of Huntsville
Taken from a locked trailer that is on the property of Krown Rust Control were numerous tools including: Honda air compressor, cordless drill, spray gun, spray rods, air lines, and a motor drive pump.
Last year during the months of September 2013 to November 2013 Huntsville OPP investigated several break in and thefts at local businesses. Mobile Marine, MTO, Rolston Home Building Centre, CRS, Fastenal Canada had reported that their business had been broke into and items had been taken including snow blowers, tools and ATV’s. Also during those months several mini storage units were also broke into with several items taken. Although some arrests had been made in relation to these break ins, several items and property are still missing
Huntsville OPP would like to remind local business to take the time to secure their property, check all outside lighting, repair and maintain all security cameras and alarms on the property.
