(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – A County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was on patrol in the Town of Paris on November 4, 2014. At approximately 9:32 p.m. the officer stopped a 2010 Chevrolet pickup truck that was driving in an erratic manner.
While the officer was talking to the driver, he could smell the strong odour of alcohol. The officer gave the male driver the Roadside Screening Test and as a result he was taken to the Brantford City Police Service for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Marc JANCAR 36 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charge
Drive with More than 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on November 28, 2014 to answer to the charge.
