(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 62 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Frederick Hobson VC Drive, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, November 5, 2014, at approximately 6:17 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen regarding a vehicle travelling westbound on Queensway West. An officer patrolling the area located the vehicle which was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 62 year old S Edgar SCHUERMER of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
