(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged an 18 year old female, 21 year old male and a 36 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at an Owen Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, November 6, 2014, at approximately 11:17 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Victoria Street and Norfolk Street South, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged the driver and two passengers.
Charged with possession of Marihuana is 18 year old Gidget Irene GIBSON of Hamilton, Ontario.
Charged with possession of Cocaine is 21 year old Michael HINES of Brantford, Ontario.
Charged with possession of Marihuana is 36 year old Timothy Charles Burton FLARO of Norfolk County, Ontario.
All are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
