(Cavan Monaghan Township) – On Saturday, November 8, 2014, at approximately 4:45 p.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP had the occasion to investigate a driver of a Nissan on County Road 10.
As a result of the investigation the vehicle driver, 48 year old Sydney CLOUTIER of Whitby was arrested and charged with Having over 80 mgs of Alcohol in his blood.
CLOUTIER was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on December 11, 2014.
