(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting a Reduce Impaired Drivers Everywhere (R.I.D.E.) check at Brant Road and Glen Morris Road on November 9, 2014.
At approximately 1:51 a.m. officers stopped a 2001 red Chrysler and while the officer was talking to the driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The male driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Christopher Chamberlain 44 years of age from the City of Cambridge is facing the following criminal charges
Impaired Driving
Drive Over 80 milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on December 5, 2014 to answer to the charges.
