(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On November 7, 2014 Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a 48 year old male driver after he had just left the detachment on Tillson Avenue regarding an unrelated matter.
OPP received the complaint of a possible impaired and officers were able to locate the vehicle a short distance from the detachment.
As a result of investigation, police have charged Robert PAGE of Tillsonburg under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Driving with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on December 9, 2014.
