(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 50 year old female and a 41 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Brown Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, November 9, 2014, at approximately 1:22 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Main Street when a concerned member of the public approached the officer and reported a vehicle travelling southbound on Main Street. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 50 year old Lisa BOMBERRY of Ohsweken, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
Charged with fail to comply with Probation Order is 41 year old Dennis Jerome NOLAN of Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation.
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
