(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment investigated an act of mischief at a Concession 3, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, November 7, 2014, at approximately 11:40 p.m., unknowns attended the address and proceeded to dump a large pile of roofing shingles in the roadway. A concerned motorist travelling on Concession 3 avoided the traffic hazard and immediately contacted police.
“Police are continuing to investigate and is seeking the public’s assistance with this investigation. This is a very dangerous act that had the potential to cause a collision and injury to the operator of the vehicle or another innocent motorist travelling on the roadway.
