(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – The Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 19 year old male from Middlesex Centre, Ontario following a traffic stop on November 7, 2014.
Just after 8:00 a.m., Middlesex County OPP stopped a Ford car on Ilderton Road near Willow Ridge Trail for travelling at a speed in excess of the 50 km per hour speed limit.
The lone occupant was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.
As a result, Robert FEATHERSTON was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule II substance – cannabis marihuana – under 30 grams, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and speeding, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
He was released by way of an appearance notice and will be answering to the charges in a London court on December 12, 2014.
