(Brudenell, Lyndoch, Raglan Township, ON) On Saturday November 8, 2014 at approximately 3:00pm, Provincial Constable Barry Nisbet responded to a motor vehicle collision that occurred on Palmer Road. Ryszard CZAPCZYK, 61 years of age was operating a 2006 Jeep when the vehicle went off the road. CZAPCZYK was charged with Over 80mg contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on December 3, 2014.
