(ATIKOKAN, ON) – Shortly after 3:30 pm on November 5 2014, members of the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle that was leaving the courthouse in Atikokan.
As a result of an investigation stemming from this traffic stop, Brian Hanson (53) of Atikokan has been charged criminally with:
One count of having over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood.
Brian Hanson will appear in Atikokan Provincial Court on Thursday December 18, 2014 at 10:30 am.
