On Sunday October 21, 2012 at 1:55 p.m., Guelph Police Service received a complainant of an assault between a group of youths in Exhibition Park and that one of them had brandished a knife. Investigation revealed that three youths were riding their bikes on London Road when a female began yelling profanities at them. The youths stopped and began to argue with the female. During the course of the argument, the female brandished a knife; a struggle ensued, and she was disarmed by the youths. The accused was arrested a short time later.
A 15-year-old Guelph female was charged with Assault with a Weapon, Weapons Dangerous and Breach Probation. She was held for a Bail Hearing.
