(TOWN OF SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) Investigation by members of the Bruce Peninsula OPP has resulted in three people being charged for Public Mischief, contrary to section 140 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
It was determined that the involved parties were fully aware that the motor vehicle had not been stolen, but continued their efforts to persuade police otherwise.
The three involved parties were arrested and released without incident. The first appearance court date for this matter will be on May 30th, 2013 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound.
